Top 5 - December

Comments
WooHoo! It's the last day of 2009!~ Kiss goodbye all the past and embrace with new 2010? Have you made any 2010 resolutions? Personally, I do not for this time, just adapt anything when the time comes, cause I'm not a discipline person to fulfill my resolution, hence no guilty feelings {avoiding holding responsibility of own promise}.

Nevertheless, here's another Top 5, my favourite pick for the final day this year.

1 From Dusk till Dawn - Abingdon Boys School

Finally a new song by Abingdon Boys School, From Dusk till Dawn from Darker than Black Season 2 ED, pretty a consistent singer, and I like the way he sings this song and the guitarist and the chorus (both the part irareta nara and the last part before the songs ends). Much impressive from his previous song "Kimi no Uta" as seen in Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 OP. It's a touching song on how limited time we could enjoy to fulfill the unlimited dreams we had especially, with your beloved partner in a such challenging world.

2 Kimi ga Inai Mirai - Do as Infinity

Do as Infinity is back! Though I'm unsure the reunion of the duo, anyways here's the song from them, "The Future Without You" (I hope my translation is correct). Losing someone you loved is excruciating painful, one must move on and hopefully will meet in the far future. I can't find a bigger album art, bear with this. Nice electro guiter in the starting and ending.

3 Hajimari No Hi Feat. Mummy-D - Suga Shikao

Yippe, another song from Suga Shikao. His song is always soothing as usual, but I think I need time to fully understand on the meaning of his song, as like his other songs, contains many abstract meaning for deeper thought.

4 Snow Fairy - FUNKIST

Another love song, also featured in the OP of Fairy Tail, I like the flute at the background music. Not much music with a flute as background, with the exception of those common Chinese New Year songs. Plus, he is a very blessed singer with a HUGE music team with him as seen in the image below as well in the music video.

5 # Sign - Flow

Finally, Sign from Flow. Not quite understand how "pain" protects everything, but it's a nice song anyways (I hope someone I knows ignores this, I couldn't stand to see him in pain back).

That's all for now.

Say goodbye 2009 and see you next year.

Happy 2010, everyone!

=)

21st Birthday

Comments
YipppeE. It's MY day.

First, I would like to thank Ally as she gave me the earliest birthday present:

PRADA Shower Gel!

I can't wait to try it out but as the time I'm writing this, it's 3:42am in the morning, I guess I would have to be patient. =P Anyways, thanks again, Ally! Truly a unique gift.

Then I would to thank my parents, who bought a Butterscotch Peacan from Secret Recipy super duper early to celebrate with my aunt.

I can't help myself to fall in love with the caramel syrup as it tastes exactly what Starbucks uses for its grizzle in their Frappacino.

Next, my mum who bought a cool Bros bottle.

And Jinnz and Shaz as well as both of them couldn't wait till 12am to wish me and to sing Happy Birthday to me in the car. Truly unique exprience. Too bad, I was too excited till I've forgotten to record their angelic voice down. =P

This is the most exorbitant birthday card I've ever received. And yes, it's from Hallmark. Thank you very much, Jinnz! I'm still thinking how to frame this card up. =P

Plus, thanks to those who wishes me via SMS:

1) Szee Ling - you are the 1st! (=
2) Ally - yes, I will definitely have lotsa lotsa fun
3) Alvin - Santa will bless you! =P

And of course for those via Facebook.

Here's a token of appreciation:

I still left with some final touches to do. Will post when it's done.

That's all for now. Have to hit the sack now, I don't want to be late for my movie with my 2 angels, plus I got to take a super duper long bath with my PRADA shower gel.

ciaoz.

Glockenpop

Comments

While I was busy playing this in my PSP

and one of its level in Australia has nice song by an Australian Rock Band:

and here's the lyric:

Singing is easy if you can remember the tune

It can be something to do on a bright afternoon
Singing in sunshine ... sweet melody
I'm singing for you and I hope that you're singing for me

Just try to remember
Words go together
Songs last forever {forever}
Nothing can be together
For you

You can be happy when everyone's singing your song
And think of the ca$h you can make when they all sing along
It doesn't matter if all of your songs sound the same
'Cause people are happy to hear them over and over and over again

*Just try to remember {remember}
Words go together {together}
Songs last forever {forever}
Nothing can be together
For you

Singing a song
Walking along
I'm singing for you

I hope that you sing for me too

*repeat

Panda!~

Comments

Pandas! Aren't they cute?

Anyways, I'm not going to talk about Pandas or explaining anything related to Panda except the fact I'm having Panda's eyes.

Yup. My job today is long (I can't believe I actually worked for 8 hours as part time ever since Deli-France).

And super duper eye-intensive work - - -  labelling.

There are 40 new Acer desktops to be labelled specifically.

I had to write down the serial number of the desktops, keyboard, mouse and LCD moniters.

So it will be:

 4 X 40 = 160 labels!

and the labels are not place according to the desending order plus, the most frus of all the label of the keyboard is like:

ZBIOP0G19340953023A01D900

So donkey long and small.

and my eyes will be X_~ plus inheriting the Panda's eyes.

Plus, I have to be the match maker for the desktop to match specifically the same serial number batch of keyboards and mouse which are scattered in the forest of boxes.

Highlights of the Day - Names are censored to adhere privacy laws.

Z was helping me. But, after a few nano-seconds, he prefers to see me dancing.

K is sweet and drop by a visit.

N is also sweet too, dropping by to say hi.

X is pretty handsome with his suit ON. Just too bad the laptop refuses to cooperate with him and cause me and him plus V trouble. Thankfully, everything runs smoothly despite that obtacle.

W is not so sweet.

F & H is my antidote for boredom.

P is helpful. Get to eat McD for dinner. All thanks to him.

Barbarian is the worst of the day. Told him that the Counter does have A4 paper, but he insist to invade MY TERRITORY to investigate. I HATE these barbarians. stupiPOWER 10 barbarian (I can't stop myself saying he's an idiot until now), don't understand English is it?

Webkit is having a bad day (I wasn't certain as first, but confirmed via facebook). I'm unsure how to cheer him up though. =(

N is fun to chat with, especially he tolerates my nonsense.

R is asking me about philsophy, but skipped, too tired to answer anything.'

Was planning with A to perform cuti cuti plan.

Talked with Y and it's fun.

Feeling thankful that S has helped much on thesis. YIPPEE!~

Top 5 - November

Comments

Finally, I managed to find time resume my little hobby of blogging!~ It's November and here another Top 5. These songs somehow represents my fragments of my neutronical thoughts during last month's inactivity of blogging. Whatever it is, here you go~!

1 Magical Number - Sakamoto Maaya

This is my personal favourite of the month. The song expresses one's everyday frustration of oneself, tomorrow and dreams especially the phrase "あたりまえのことっていつも難しいな" , which means "Even the obvious is always seems difficult", as sometimes, it's always a mystery when an easy task becomes an obtacle. I shall dedicate this song to Shaz~ (featured in Kobato OP)

2  Tsukiakari No Michishirube - Stereopony
Second, a song from Stereopony, also seen in the Darker than Black 2, emphasizing even the endless days of meaningless tomorrows, we've to move forward. And this song goes to Jinnz. =)

3 Golden Time Lover - Sukima Switch

Thanks to Shaz and Jinnz I'm able to know what is a Tower of Babel in this song reference to! I shall set me target to top of the tower! =P

4  One Way -SID

Though I still prefer the way he sung 'Uso' (means lies), I like the hidden meaning expressed on life as if like a story book and the passing of no-undo time.

5 Tsunaidate - Lil'B

Finally, a love song. You can't sleep or dream without your loved one beside you. I wonder is it true? Any comments? I shall see it for myself.

Ouch. It's almost time for me to work. Till then, I shall write later.

Let It All Out

Comments
Let it all out, Let it all out

Let it all out, Let it all out

Let it all out, Let it all out
It's okay pretending to be tough
The scribbled flowers someone painted on the wall tremble

No one knows their own way of being
You lose it and find it during the long long path on your way
Suddenly I feel lonely
There's also days in which I'd burst into tears, but...

Let's transform pain and tears into stars
Let's turn on the light that will illuminate the future
Let's hold hands together to create stardust
Let's search for the eternity that will shine powerfully

Farewell, perhaps it'll come someday
Seasons bounce around from one place to the next, nevertheless...

Despite losing the way a bit
I'm walking, I'm walking with you
Let's not change just that

1 Let It Out - 福原美穂

Fullmetal Alchemist S2 second ending song, I like the meaning of this song and especially when she sang the 強く光る永遠を探そう and それだけは変わらないでいようね. I wonder how I speak it that fast =P

2 CANDY - 平井堅

(WARNING: Video is not suitable/appropriate for narrow minded people)

The Lost Symbol

Comments

Finally, I have conquered the 509 pages Lost Symbol.

The general whole idea of this book is telling that your mind is the most powerful and potent 'tool' you can ever imagine of, and the all mighty essence or the Creator, is always existed within us all the time, waiting for us to discover -- our mind itself.

The plot of the story is quite similar with other Dan Brown's book such as the Angels and Demon and Da Vinci's Code with a lots of surprises and twists. Dan Brown's favourite plot splitting such as two parts of the story is actually going on simultaneously by splitting the flow the story into a bi-chapters flow. Some parts of the book I don't clearly understand what is trying to imply.

Nevertheless it is a good book to read, and ponder on. But, be ware of its addiction.

=)

Side Stop

Comments
"After spending up to 15 hours a week in various Starbucks over the past few years, Simon said he witnessed very few spontaneous discussions or interactions."
Hmm, certainly Mr Simon has not visited the Starbucks in 32 Square in Malaysia, it was packed with noisy chatters and grouping by merging several small tables especially on weekends.

"Customers line up for lattes for any number of reasons: to treat themselves; to carry a status symbol; to support coffee growers in underdeveloped nations; to relax in a safe haven; or to taste a bit of comfort far away from home, he writes."
I do agree with about treating myself with a Starbucks, but never thought it as symbol of status, has some doubts on the supporting growers. As one of my friend mentioned, "You will never know whether the company has exploited the poor growers in the 3rd world country." Safe haven? Probably just to escape the tropical heat and the heat pollution in the city, as well as escaping the smoke puffers.

"It takes more to help third-world coffee bean growers than buying a fair-trade espresso, he said."
Yup, at least they are putting on the effort, this statement is only valid if you've done substantial contribution towards the 3rd world coffee growers.

Oriental Chinese Cuisine

2 kachings
Last Sunday, I had a mini-reunion dinner with my relatives and family @

The restaurant that usually packed with newly weds --> Oriental Pavilion.

The Appetizer: Prawn Salad & Deep-Fried House Beancurd (the beancurd which taste like fish ball)

Deluxe Monk Jump Over The Wall (yummy soup! but the waiter took the bowl away before I could savior till the last drop)

BBQ Whole Suckling Pig with Butterfly Buns (crunchy skin, I think its taste better than the duck's skin from Duck King)

Braised ‘Soon Hock’ with Yam
& Beancurd Skin in Clay Pot (too much bones on the fish)

Stir Fried Assorted Vegetable with Cuttle Fish

Secret Recipe Cake
There are another 4 more dishes are not captured (due to over mouth watering filtering), hence it is left to the imagination of the readers.

  • Deep-Fried Piglet Meat with Salt & Pepper
  • Braised Egg Noodle Village Style
  •  Chilled Aloe-Vera
  •  Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Black Sesame Paste

Many thanks to my cousin who treated us there, I do enjoy the dishes very much especially the veggies (which both my uncle and aunt happily pass them to me =P) and Happy Birthday!

Stay healthy and happy always! =P
