How to enable Developer's Options and USB Debugging in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Google has just release the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean for the Nexus family, and whatever the reason is - they have cleverly hid the Developer's options from the Settings menu.
To (quickly) enable Developer's options, all you need to do is head to Settings> About phone and then hit 7 times on the Build number.
